Easy as pie recipe and is too good for words....Preheat oven to 400. Place 4 (pat dry)fillets of triggerfish in a greased baking dish. Top fish with salsa and then sprinkle on some chedder cheese. Then crumble some corn chips on top and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Top fish with a healthy dollup of sour cream and serve....

Sounds like another great dish, have you tried this with black sea bass ? or strictly trigger fish ?  Grin

Bill, it'll work with just about any fish....going to try bsb and chedder jack cheese next time....

I wanted to try that yesterday but the Warden wanted to try it fried in my special badder, that was very good but I'm going to try the Texmex next time.  I'll let you know.  Thanks again, I'll be in touch....
