1)  Create Photobucket account at http://photobucket.com/
2)  Upload images (dont make them larger than 4x3 inches at 150-200 dpi)
3)  Click on the IMG file of the desired picture (next to IMG Code).
4)  Copy that file (hold "Ctrl" and press "C")
5)  Paste into your post that you are typing for the forums (hold "Ctrl" and press "V")

Please let me know if you have any questions

never done it myself.... but you should be able to download into Photobucket and link to post.  You can also do it through Youtube (Capt ISF knows probably more about it)

Haven't had that problem.  Are you sure they're being deleted?  If they are, they won't show up on the web site in a previous post if you've included them there.  Is it possible you might be looking in the wrong "folder"?

Bummer.  Have no idea why this is happening.  Sounds like a guru question for Andy or Claim.

no need for gurus......  what about all the other pictures in Photobucket, do you still have those?  Nowadays you have to hit "save" after downloading, did you do that? I know that "others" have issues with PB, but I can honestly say that I have never had any issues (and I use it A LOT!!)

I am currently in my second photobucket account, I've used up the first account.

This is the first photo I think I saved...

It is also one of my very first photoshops.

I think if you move photos from folder to folder, you lose the links to the photo.  I also think photobucket has some kind of image filter that deletes questionable photos for content....it may also filter by file name.

1.  Create folders in you photobucket account
2.  Download your photos into specific folds so you won't need to move them later.
3. It may help to copy and post the direct link vs the html links to the photos (I don't know why that would be an issue, but I only copy direct links)
